San Diego Cocaine Possession Defense

Paris Hilton was arrested last August for cocaine possession.
Her Prosecutor, 47-year old Clark County David Schubert was arrested over the weekend on one count of cocaine  possession. Rumor has it that Schubert used another man, Raymond Streeter, to buy him $40 worth of rock cocaine every few days. Both Schubert and Streeter were arrested over the weekend after they were spotted driving in a neighborhood known for drug sales.  They were pulled over on a routine traffic stop, the car was searched and cocaine was found.

Clark County District Attorney supervisors have expressed disappointment in Schubert’s  arrest and placed him on administrative leave. The matter will be handled by the state’s Attorney General office, to avoid any appearance of a conflict of interest.
Paris Hilton was ordered to complete 200 hours of community service and pay more than $2000 in fines. The penalties for Schubert may be much more grave as he faces the loss of his job and possible disciplinary action by the Nevada State Bar.
